I’ve started a new map, and have also planned out the next set, which I’m really looking forward to starting. For today, I have two of the pieces I’ve done this week, with more that haven’t been scanned yet. The first (to the left of this post) is something I haven’t done in a while – a straight-up horse portrait. Back in the day, before I had the internet (heck, before there even was an internet!) I painted over a hundred horse portraits. That’s besides the dogs and cats…
So the featured image in this post is Hörnchen, and I am pretty sure he is a Trakener, though I’d need to verify that. I had a great time painting him, and I have another horse portrait to paint and I can’t wait! I’m also looking forward to painting a few more Unicorns… maybe in December.
The other card is a card for pack-insertion for Historia’s card set. Albert Einstein, theoretical physicist (and perhaps the timey-wimey-est of them all), painted in acrylic. Given more time, I’d’ve completed him further, but there it is. Unscanned is a tobacco card of the Eiffel Tower from la belle ville de Paris, and I’ve a few more commissions to attack. Thank you for looking!

I plan to update my book experience with “S” tomorrow night, over on my SciFiFanGirl site, seeing as it will be a hockey night. No X-Files or Grimm till Saturday. No matter, extra book time!
